DronePatrol.ca collects business contact and project information that you choose to provide when requesting a site review. This may include your name, company, work email, phone number, site address and project requirements.

How information is used

Information is used to evaluate and respond to commercial inquiries, assess operational requirements, coordinate requested services, maintain project records and meet legal or regulatory obligations.

Aerial imagery

Imagery is collected for the defined commercial purpose of the assignment. DronePatrol plans operations to minimize unnecessary collection of personal information. Clients are asked to identify privacy, access or sensitivity requirements before the operation.

Service providers

Form submissions are processed by Formspree for delivery to DronePatrol.ca. Information may also be processed by service providers used for communications, file storage, operations or reporting.

Retention and requests

DronePatrol retains information only as long as reasonably required for the inquiry, project, legal obligations and legitimate business records. For a privacy question or request, email info@dronepatrol.ca.
